The Mauda pilot project serves as a FDI-driven model facility for biomass collection, pelletization, and clean energy supply. Located in the heart of industrial Nagpur, Mahrasthra, it is close proximity to major bio-residues. For example, local sugarcane mills generate bagasse during crushing season, cotton growers produce stalk residue, and neighbouring rice mills generate several tonnes of rice husks

Our plant is equipped with advanced pelletization machinery, vertical ring-die mills, automated conveyors, quality monitoring systems, and controlled drying units. This enables us to maintain uniform pellet density, optimized calorific value, and stable combustion characteristics suitable for industrial co-firing.

We work directly with farmers, agri-processors, and local supply partners to source biomass residues responsibly and at scale. This approach not only prevents open-field burning but also creates rural employment and ensures consistent raw material availability throughout the year.

A skilled team of engineers, quality analysts, and biomass specialists oversee every stage of production — from raw material evaluation to moisture control, grinding, densification, and final quality testing. Their expertise ensures that each pellet batch meets performance and sustainability standards.

Different power plants and industrial boilers require distinct combustion parameters. We manufacture custom pellet blends tailored to individual co-firing requirements — optimizing ash content, calorific value, size, and burning behavior for maximum efficiency and lower emissions.
